Montessori At All Levels: From classroom teachers to school administration to the ownership team, all members of Arbor’s educational team hold Montessori teaching credentials and are experienced classroom teachers.
Arbor’s 2+ acre campus in the heart of the Sammamish Plateau with a large open meadow, Nature Trail, and a Farm that includes 2 mini horses and a flock of chickens.
Arbor is a teacher-training school that works closely with the Montessori Education Institute of the Pacific Northwest. We regularly host intern teachers who spend a year under the mentorship of our master lead teachers. Additionally, multiple faculty members are instructors and/or field consultants for the American Montessori Society.
Professional development and training are provided to teachers and administrative staff by nationally accredited and recognized training programs.
Our diverse student body is reflective of the local community, representing more than 23 countries, and more than 40% of students come from multilingual households.
Member of Pacific Northwest Montessori Association, Washington Federation of Independent Schools, and Sammamish Chamber of Commerce.

Students graduating from Arbor have attended Forest Ridge, The Overlake School, and Eastside Catholic, as well as advanced placement and IB programs in our local public high schools.
Alumni – Arbor students have gone on to graduate from Harvard University, Brown, University of Washington, University College Cork (Ireland), Hawaii Pacific University, to name a few, and have proudly served our country in the United States Navy and United States Army.
